W. 375.28 feet to a point on the rear line of Section 3; thence with said rear line N.19 deg 23 min. W.7.13 feet and N. 43 deg. 49 min. 30 sec. W. 44.12 feet for Lot No. 7 and 50.28 feet for Lot No. 8 corner to Lot No. 9; thence with the dividing line between Lots Nos. 8 and 9, N. 49 deg. 04 min.E.361.60 feet to the line of Thomson Drive, point of beginning.
