Legal Description: Being all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Titus County, Texas and being further described as follows:

TRACT I: Lots 2 and 8, Block 135 of the City of Mt. Pleasant, Texas as shown in the map records of Titus County, Texas;

Tract II: Lots 2 & 7, Block 335-A of the City of Mt. Pleasant, Texas as shown in the map records of Titus County, Texas;

Tract III: All that certain lot or parcel of land in the B. Merchant Survey, Abst. No. 358, and being a part of a tract of land described in a deed from Roy Clendening et al to the MOUNT PLEASANT INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION, INC., dated April 30, 1963, of record in Vol.290, page 99 of the Deed Records of Titus County, Texas, and being a part of FIRST TRACT of land as described in said deed, and BEGINNNING at the SEC of a lot of land owned by W.W. Traylor which is located on N. Washington St. in Mt. Pleasant, Texas;
